Terms & Conditions for kp99 — Please Read Before You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the kp99 platform — including but not limited to the casino game lobby, sports sportsbook, live casino, promotions centre, and account management portal — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and kp99.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the kp99 platform immediately and close your account. Continued use of kp99 after the publication of a revised version of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms should be read alongside kp99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement governing your relationship with kp99. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy or Responsible Gaming Policy, these Terms shall take precedence unless a specific provision of the Privacy Policy or Responsible Gaming Policy expressly states otherwise.

Amendments to These Terms

kp99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable laws, regulatory requirements, platform features, or operational practices. When material changes are made, kp99 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a message to the email address or mobile number associated with the player's account. The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this document. Where changes are minor or technical in nature, kp99 may update the Terms without issuing a separate notification.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of kp99 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• You are aged 18 years or older. kp99 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not a current or former employee of kp99, nor an immediate family member of such an employee, unless kp99 has provided explicit written consent.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from kp99 or any associated platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

Geographic Restrictions

kp99 operates primarily as a platform targeting players based in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for determining whether accessing and using kp99 is lawful in their specific location. kp99 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. If you are unsure whether online gambling is legal in your location, you should seek independent legal advice before registering or depositing funds.

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active kp99 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where kp99 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with the player may be suspended, bonuses and winnings accumulated across the duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the platform.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming on kp99, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. kp99 relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Information Required at Registration

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• Valid mobile phone number (used for OTP verification and account communications)
• Date of birth (used for age verification)
• Preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, or other supported method)
• A unique, secure password of your own choosing

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

kp99 conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) checks in accordance with its internal compliance procedures. You may be asked to provide supporting documentation — such as a copy of your National ID (NID) card, passport, or other government-issued identification — at various points during your account lifecycle, including but not limited to: before processing large withdrawal requests, when account activity triggers a compliance review, or when kp99 suspects identity fraud or multi-accounting. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kp99 account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. kp99 strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a unique password for kp99 that you do not use on any other platform.
• Do not share your login credentials, password, or OTP codes with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your kp99 account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Contact kp99 support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure your registered mobile number remains active and under your control, as it is the primary channel for OTP-based security.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

kp99 supports a range of payment methods specifically tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Visa/Mastercard card transactions. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kp99 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independent of kp99.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount via bKash and Nagad is ৳500. Minimum amounts for other payment methods may vary and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. kp99 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
• Deposits are credited to your kp99 account in real time for bKash and Nagad transactions under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time.
• kp99 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on individual accounts at its discretion, including for responsible gaming reasons.
• All deposited funds must be used to place genuine wagers on the platform. Depositing funds with the intention of requesting an immediate withdrawal without placing bets — a practice known as money cycling — is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the kp99 account. kp99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 to 3 business days.
• kp99 may require completion of KYC verification before processing a withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where identity verification has not previously been completed.
• Funds that have been credited as a result of a bonus must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full details on bonus wagering requirements.
• kp99 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests. In such cases, processing time may be extended beyond the standard timeframe while the review is completed.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

kp99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major ICC cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each individual promotion, which are displayed on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus rules set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who have a fully registered and verified kp99 account.
• Each player is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• The standard wagering requirement for most kp99 bonuses is stated as a multiplier on the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times). The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is published with that bonus's terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sportsbook bets, and other game types may contribute a lower percentage. Full contribution rates are published per promotion.
• kp99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, kp99 will honour any bonus funds already credited to player accounts, subject to the stated wagering requirements.
• Players who show evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — may have their bonus and associated winnings voided.

Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and associated free spins have an expiry date. Bonus funds that are not used and wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are stated clearly in each promotion's terms at the time of claim.

06 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the kp99 platform — including slots, live casino titles, crash games, fishing games, sportsbook markets, and all other game formats — are governed by the rules published within each individual game and by the general gameplay standards described in this section.

Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on kp99 are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems provided by the game's publisher. kp99 does not interfere with or manipulate game outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is published within the game's information panel. Live casino games are streamed in real time from certified studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other approved providers.

Sportsbook Betting Rules

• All sports bets placed on kp99 are governed by the sportsbook rules published in the betting rules section of the platform.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format and may fluctuate before a bet is confirmed. The odds confirmed at the moment of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to momentary suspension during critical match events. kp99 reserves the right to void in-play bets that were accepted due to a technical error during a suspension window.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In the event of a match being abandoned or declared a no-result, bets will be settled according to the applicable cricket betting rules.
• Maximum bet limits per market and per event are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by market, event type, and player account tier.

Technical Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to game server errors, connectivity failures, or software bugs that affect the outcome of a game round or bet — kp99 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return any staked funds to the player's account. kp99 does not honour wins generated as a direct result of a known technical error. 07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kp99 platform. Engaging in any of the following behaviours constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age or identity in any way.
• Money Laundering: Using kp99 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or using the platform in any way that facilitates money laundering or financial crime.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated systems to place bets designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotions.
• Collusion and Cheating: Colluding with other players in poker or live casino games, using prohibited software tools (bots, auto-clickers, scripts) to gain an unfair advantage, or exploiting software bugs knowingly.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal with your payment provider after funds have been used on the platform. kp99 reserves the right to suspend accounts where a chargeback is initiated and to pursue recovery of any funds fraudulently reversed.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to access kp99's systems without authorisation, reverse-engineering any part of the platform, or introducing malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software.
• Underage Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the kp99 platform by any person under the age of 18.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

kp99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required time frame
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• Identification of an underage player
• Duplicate account detection
• A player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, kp99 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and funds associated with fraudulent activity. Real-money deposits that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player via the original payment method following completion of any required investigation.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your kp99 account voluntarily, please contact kp99 support via live chat. Before closing your account, ensure that any pending withdrawals have been processed and that your account balance has been withdrawn. kp99 will process voluntary account closure requests within 5 business days of receipt. Note that voluntary account closure does not waive any obligations you have under these Terms in respect of activity that took place prior to closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from kp99 for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion via the account settings panel or by contacting kp99 support. Self-exclusion can be applied for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 1 year) or permanently. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. 09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kp99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures. kp99's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kp99 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. kp99 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for losses arising from unplanned downtime, maintenance windows, or circumstances beyond kp99's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, or force majeure events).

10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the first instance, any dispute between you and kp99 arising from or in connection with these Terms should be directed to the kp99 customer support team via live chat. kp99 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute informally within 14 business days of receipt of a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and kp99 agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal process. kp99 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm arising from a breach or threatened breach of these Terms.

All formal written complaints should be submitted to kp99 support via the platform's live chat function or by email to the address published in the Contact & Support section of the kp99 website. kp99 will acknowledge formal complaints within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
